Keep up with us on our six month adventure to the other side of the world. We may have very well lost our minds, but that won't keep this from being the trip of a lifetime. We hope you'll join us!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! While WWOOFing at Windsong Orchard, Jenny and I also celebrated our second anniversary. We started out with a little weeding and raking … very romantic. Then after lunch we cleaned up and headed out for some wine tasting. Little known fact - there are close to one million vineyards within just a few square miles of where we are staying. Either close to a million, or just over thirty, I forget … but there are LOTS of vineyards around the area. An impressive amount either way. At any rate, we made it to exactly two of them before buying a bottle of Cloudy Bay’s finest Pelorus (that’s Champagne that you can’t call Champagne because it isn’t from Champagne) and heading back to the Blueberry Cottage to catch the end of the NCAA championship game online. We then popped some Pelorus to celebrate UNC’s fifth National Title and Jenny & Seth’s two years of marriage, in no particular order. We topped it off with a delicious home cooked dinner. I have a feeling anniversary #2, albeit an unconventional one, will always be looked back on as one of our finest. Many more to come.
